housing benefit reform weakening ?

Interesting to note that the government is delaying the implementation of limiting housing benefit to £250.00 a week for individuals, is this the sign of the fact that they dont have the balls to implement any of their policies ? also interesting to note that this new yet to be enforced minmum : £1000.00 per month that is on offer is 2.5 x more than what i spend on rent per month as a single individual living in a flatshare in london ? does this mean to say that for a large number of years people have been claiming housing benefit of well over £1000.00, at my partial tax burden expense, so they can live in a flat of their own and I live in a flatshare ?

Religion in culture today

In my humanist opinion its now time to stand up and say … all religion is a medieval divisive irrellevance in the world today, im perfectly happy that sexual rights issues are causing religious fracturing, as religion has had its fair turn at destroying the unity of this culture with over the top belief, in happy clappy multi-culturalism, as christians by their doctrine have to beleive in a church open to all, ahead of any sense of native cultural unity or identity. All things provide some benefits including religion, whose legacy of music and architecture cannot be denied, regardless of the suffering involved in its creation.

Religions now apparent fracturing, is compensation against churches that have survived in recent times by acting as communitys centre for mainly foreign peoples, who have been indoctrinated abroad by morally dubious missionary work, only to then move to live in this country and zombie like maintain ailing religious attendance and activity in this culture by taking over churches and using them as a place for masonic like, self serving ethnic minority community activity, and ostricising the non attending native even further in the process, sadly it is the traditonal branches of christianity in this country that are being subsumed by this fracturing, and the other branches of religion, islam etc that are cohesively on the rise, this distresses me greatly for a country who historical roots of religion stem from celtic/christian origins. But this is the price christian religion will have to pay for having meddled and messed with native peoples the world over, whether in the uk or elsewhere.

Sadly there are those people whose talents are so weak they feel the need to Market the abilities they do have through the filter, of the sex or race they were born with ? as the only way to be able to compete with other people, who play on a level playing field and don’t make a deal out what sex they happen to be ! As a marketing tool. Sadly Maggie Philbin seems to be some kind of overt feminist, who thinks women need some specially made and marketed version of everything as though they are breed apart ? as evidenced by her video testimonial for this show (are lady geek and philbin related somehow ?).

What is this program saying ? women need shows made by women because otherwise they will get confused ? admiteadly most of the reviews are so lightweight as to never satisfy men. And the fact they appear to have a sexist employment policy in that just women review the apps, well I didnt think that was allowed in this culture today ? Then other hand why im even fussed to rant about lady geek making her way in the world with whatever methodology of marketing she chooses ? hmm i think its the devisiveness of a show which markets around sexuality ? christ womens magazines are more offensive ? If … ‘I was a woman’ i wouldnt want to be … ‘like men’, as thats seems also pointless, but I dont think I could ever identify with say womans hour either … ( which seems so overtly anti men and wierdly a past it has been 70’s minded feminist tirade ) nor could I ever enjoy womens magazines with their terrible preponderance to dwell on gossip and plebrity bullshit. Real geek women and I know a few (one working in robotics etc) dont feel the need to pigeonhole themselves in this way.

And is there any need for women to create a show manned and staffed by women for women ? Why ? do they think cant they make it in the web reviewing tech industry because of some sexual prejudice ? hmm yes they can make it > as evidenced by all the women doing a great job in the tech review industry ?

If you like action films with bruce willis in, please … move along … move along, there is nothing for you to read here.

Please bear in mind this review is not made with reference to the first two films in the trilogy and that having seen the third i will now go back and fully view the others, as this film makes me curious as to perhaps the ill appreciated merit of the first two.

GP wages too high ?

perhaps ads like this is why we need 3 times as many qualified, if not working GPs in this country/the world, so we can get their wages from being astronomical and unjust down to reasonable levels ? after all if they were being paid something like 33k a year we could afford 3 x as many of them ? and that would lead to better healthcare overall, being a GP should not be the perceived god like specialism or such a disgusting route to huge wages that it appears to be ?

As a person who does a good job at their profession who earns 16k per annum such as myself, and suffers at the hands of an NHS GP surgery system that seems to make these GP’s inordinately rich ? whilst theyre not providing a quality of care for the majority of patients that is of any scientific reasonable merit, or of much practical use to patients ? I really dont see why currently GP’s are paid so much, except by sheer undersupply ?

and thank god there are some moral born people in the world like Mark Jopling who though part of the privilieged set is prepared to speak out about the inequity of the system :

it will say some guff about setting registration and voicemail which should mean you now get 30 secs worth of ringing, before going to answerphone. the number before the last # is the number of time in seconds the phone will ring for, 30 being the supposed maximum ? I haven’t tried it higher or test timed beyond 30 secs perhaps you could feedback on this ?

( i dont think this is handset specific but it is I beleive network specific so try it out at your own risk )

Adobe getplus flash update evil bloatware Bundle crap

has adobe turned to an evil pile of shite, this pile of crap “adobe getplus download” bullshit stuffed me over too, i will be linking to this post, to a blogpost by a guy called sameer halai who has bothered to snapshot all the crappery, that went on during a getplus arranged free adobe reader installation, as this guy has bothered to do the footwork, to show the fluff and flaff involved, during my adobe flash plugin installation it tried to give me some fing mcafee crap I didnt ask for, soon unticked that, but then i still got all this extra adobe DLL bullshit installed without my permission ? the software companys do not have the right to install crap that runs in the background on my machine without my permission, nor to install software other than that described in the download and that is exactly what they do and worse, go down that road adobe and youll get sued just like microsoft for bundling things in without permission, and yes on the evidence it appears you are trying to install extra stuff without permission.

Sameer is quite rightfully saying, all I would say about such disgracefull behaviour by adobe, without the venom that I would display, mainly because im too old … … to put up with this rubbish. adobe seemed to be attempting to foist on us with this recent flash update ? update ? more like a computer hijack as you put it sameer, and worse firefox seemed to crash first of all, to be honest all the manufacturers seem to install background processes in software updaters etc without allowing the user to choose not to install without all this cruft, obviously the average plebian user has no idea what crap is going on with their machine and why it ends up so slow, its because all software producers like adobe take libertys like this, that your machine is so slow, and security software is the worst for this background behaviour, you may as well chuck half your processing power away when using security software “suite” on a PC.

so i tried to complain on the adobe website and got this error

then I decided to go to support, surprise surprise waste more of your life creating logins and giving 15000 peices of information just so that you can complain about flash player install trying to hijack your computer with bullshit adobe bloatware software ie:

to be honest nearly all corporates set barriers between them and their customers complaining because regardless of them marketing their interested in user feedback, they actually arent interested in the slightest nor do they have the power and facility to deal with the real feedback they would get if there wasnt a hurdle to using feedback processes for the user, if they could sell software that did nothing for a profit without comeuppance they would. we need to have some kind of universal rate this download thing built into webbrowser, so we can label software installs free or not that make your machines worse than when you started, and leave some bloatware cruft half badly installed.

I probably have over 500 logins for websites now, and bullshit corporates dont understand how them creating more of them for me to fill in is not aiding anyone, its just more bullshit to chew on, and slows down the computing experience in general to a virtual crawl.

mozilla should not agree to act as go between in providing bad flash installers onto machines ?
