SL new XstreetSL listing fees revenue.

1,083,688 items listed on xstreetsl 120 lindens per annum to list each item will yield :

130,042,560 lindens in revenue, which will yield

$481,639 extra xstreetsl revenue compare this to the $1.600,000 dollar revenue from sales commision.

now obviosuly this $481,639 is presuming this to be on the basis of charging listing fees for all freebies too ? but could possibly generate a 25% jump in xstreetsl revenue.

note this statement from linden :

“Why are free listings on Xstreet SL a problem?
The items are a large percentage of transactions which have associated costs but no value, which means that cost must be shared by all users.”

if the freebie listings do not pay listing fees except for this L$100 a month listing fee, then this L$10 per item per month listing is mainly there to tax the general seller, its specifically not targeted at the freebie sellers, as the average user will pay L$120 lindens per item per annum to list an item and the freebie seller will pay L$100 per month to sell freebie items full stop, these changes will encourage cheaper items not fair pricing at all. And non of these tactics will tackle freebie listings or dorment items, this is just all about revenue generation, pure and simple, yet i dont think linden have properly targetted this taxation to hit the correct party to deal with overpriced, non selling listings or the tons of low commisions low quality freebie tat, that will clog the listings.

I would personally prefer higher commision rates even up to 10% if necessary to sustain xstreetsl’s running costs, than listing fees, xstreetsl want listing fees because it enables them to control pricing from two angles and thereby confusing the seller so as to get more from them, without it being apparent. I beleive that the 25% jump in revenue could be generated by other more palatable means. and that listing fees is just subdiffuge and camoflage.

Winners > Losers, greed & paying the price of gambling

This guys understands that were making the whole economic system mean nothing, by not letting people suffer the consequences of illegally sold mortgages, for both the banks who lent insanely, and the people who took out the mortgages irresponsibly, this bailout idea does nothing but sustain the zombie economy, its a zombie economy in the sense that the numbers dont add up, but we still we insist on sustaining the illusion that they do, because were just to weak to manup to the hangover required, and get back to solid fiscal ground, where monetary value actually means something.

though the traders in this video might well be overpaid jerks no doubt, whove caused the moral decay in the first place ? this guy obviously thinks the winners bare no responsibility, when its the so called winners greed, that steals the losers crust. The problem in western culture is it has done nothing but assert greed and might is right, and propogandised that belief into its populace.

Although lets be honest about this the government makes us pay the banks out of their trouble with tax revenue, and then immdiately starts trimming the budget anyway it can to pay for the bailout, thereby whos paying for this bailout the rich ? nope the poor in the further decline of their servcies healthcare etc to raise revenues in the budget to bail the banks.

It doesnt add up whichever way you look at it, the people who can least afford to pay are the ones coughing up for those who have the money, its feudal in nature.

Interest Rate lets people keep their ill gained property portfolios.

Here in the UK, theyre just keeping mortgage rates, at an artificially all time record low of 0.5% so no one who gained five houses through remortgaging and buying another house, wait for price expansion – rinse repeat, loses a single property investment theyve made, so the fuckers like me who ain’t even on the ladder getter harder screwed by a false economy, and can never afford to buy one house to call home and live in, the majority of everyones wealth in this overcrowded country has been generated by creating overpopulation and the buy to let market, leading to artificially high demand on housing, and inflationary prices, that have disenfranchised a generation of young people from owning their own home, greed in action.

Cultural identity britain nick griffin question time.

nick griffin question time

Seeing Nick Griffin on Question Time determined me to write the following:

In that debate he referred to the english natives of this isle as being the aboriginals of this isle, which I found an important point, the bit about telling a maori he wasn’t a maori, as being rude was actually pretty salient, the fact is British people should not be prejudiced against, in terms of claiming our own identity as a right, in case it offends recently naturalised immigrants. Also nicks claim that immigration was an experiment, and that the class group it was acted upon had no say in, is also accurate, unless you count people getting to vote in a different set of middle to upper class duffers in, once every four years as a form of democracy, personally I don’t, democracy has not really expanded in quality for the last 70 years, pretty poor considering the technological evolution in that time.

Bonnie Greer (A known beeb favourite, ethnocentric black feminist who is often hauled out of there narrow politically correct little black book to represent us on the Question Time panel) started banging on in her adopted middle class academic accent, there was no such thing as a native british person, at one point trying to assert that all humanity was african because of genetic science that informs us so evolutionarily, were all descended from tribes that left africa etc , although this does have scientific merit it has little merit to the british today, she then spouted some duff science that the only true british person was cromagnon man, who had been wiped out, or some such other witter. This was a rather lame intellectual attack on Mr Griffin, and most on the panel and in the audience seemed to lazily beat up on him. Of Course Nick laid himself open to this intellectual berate-ment by trying to assert british identity back to some crazy period of time just post ice age, which was im afraid, a pretty unsound assertion. Sadly … Though … Nick Griffin, has the will to stand up and defend his own cultural identity, he does not yet possess enough intellectual prowess to shoot down this panel of middle class and middle weight intellectual snobs arrayed around him. Which is a huge shame as actually hes carrying quite an important cultural ball for the native man, as to whether the native rather than the recent arrivals, get a chance to have a proper debate on further and future immigration, denied to us so far, whereas the usual parade of middle to upper class simpering politicos on the panel, jack straw et al, whove no loyalty to the concept of nativity or identity, are as usual prepared, to lie, kiss and please any ass in the ugly mob, that will vote to get them re-elected. and will sharp elbow any competitor to reach first place at the I’m the most hyper politically correct person in the camp, so desperate to please everyone they fail to recognise that by that “lack of stance” they actually cannot offer to please any group at all.

Barclays bloated idiot immoral corporacy

Im with barclays for three account’s, why is it they can never do anything right ?

Hard limits on overdraft ? somehow theyre always soft limits ? so forcing accidentally into overdraft and charges what I want is hard limits on my account my card to not work if I dont have the funds, or such so that when one account needs topping up form another it is automatically done.

The Bank statements are designed appallingly badly, almost illegible, the advertising is larger than the stuff you need to read.

Their online banking is a chore and equally badly designed to busy and badly layed out.

their pin sentry crap is utterly irritating.

Their lack of interest on general accounts that are heavly in credit is appalling.

Generally their like a grifter at the fair, that needs allot of ostricisation and slapping, before their morality will come into check.

Soon i’ll move the lot to some form of co-operative style bank where I get something out of them having large amounts of my money.

Rather than them endlessly screwing me, and when i attempt to leave, only then asking if theyres anyway they can keep me. There a bunch of swindlers, who moan on the one hand at the cost of maintaining current accounts and go buy up other banks with the other hand, their an evil empire that needs bringing down. They have way to many employees working all over the shop, I can never enter my barclays branch without a 45 min queue to acheive anything via some half on the ball mid 30’s immigrant personal banker, who has to ask the computer what to do. really they might as well close my local branch its pointless.

Anybody know of the best co-operative bank with no branches but superb online banking. that can take online payments on my behalf, So I can force my clients away from cheques only the last vestage thats tying me to one of these old rubbish banks.

pretty much most of that which he outputs, emerges as a condign and warming tableau …… cough

i love the way he refuses to dumb down his vocabulary, I agree … screw the illiterate, you cant learn new words unless someone is shouting them at you from the front of a classroom, and you have a marginal fear driving you to an increased vocabulary.

I learnt condign :) … go dig out the definition lazy

His sophisticated rants would fly high above and appear so abstruse to the subjects he targets, that he could probably let rip in their presence and they would still feel a great deal of uncertainty, about interpreting his meaning.

long may he haunt our screens with documentarys only a minority of the population will enjoy.

Alert GM big pharma on the move again watch out.
good article here in the daily mail

not the line which reads :

“But the Government has ordered the Food Standards Agency to carry out a year-long spin campaign to win support for GM. Ear-this year Sir Terry Leahy, boss of Tesco, Britain’s biggest supermarket, said supermarkets may have made the decision to reject GM products too hastily.

i didnt realise it was the governments right to tell a governmnet agency to spin something at us ?

Monsanto is pure evil and it wouldn’t surprise me if they weren’t behind all this crap desperately trying to crawl there way into irrecoverably polluting our landscape or environment if they can. I f you think im overreacting then you need to watch the documentarys that i have seen :

yes shes looks like a guru but shes talking to a great deal of sense :

also check my post here :

we need to set the precedent that GM technology comes into the environment, wehn we the public chooses on the basis of each individual case and not at the timeline pressure of some corporate who has targets to meet, as in reality the risks of getting this stuff wrong in the environment would be a global disaster. And america has already polluted the whole of North America and is beginning to pollute South America environment with GM modified organisms loose in the environment.

Tesco’s Granny Smith from Africa ?

Is it only me that has noticed the degradation of the “Granny Smith” apple by Tesco, a few years back Tesco used to sell quite nice tight and small deep green “granny smiths” apples ? But now the Granny Smith’s apples they sell, seem to be getting closer to that sweet foam crap that is ‘golden delicious’ : never a brand more innaccurately phrased, ‘enemic sweetened old seating foam’ might be a more accurate a name, I think the problem started occurring when they switched to a south african supplier, someone who also supplys the golden delicious perhaps ? and there is some cross contamination genetically ? or worse as my worst fears suspect maybe its some kind of modified granny smith ? crossed with some commercialised golden delicious generic apple gene, thrown in to the mix, as these apples seem to be too uniform and bland looking to be real “granny smiths” ? Im sure theres quite a few granny smith crosses, some with a heavy commercialised genes and the granny smiths from tesco seem to be of this type ?

Having eaten both the golden deliciious and the granny smith as photographed above in a taste test, purchased from the same tescos, I can state the granny smith has the right smell (the golden delicious smells of nothing ?) But the flesh and taste appears way to similar to a golden delicious, not tight enough or tart enough. I swear someone has been dabbling here and crossed it, so that it crops, shapes and tastes like a golden delicious(with a slight taste inflection towards grannyness but not enough), but with just enough appearance of granny smith to be classed as one by identification. This granny smith is no longer a pleasant apple to eat, way too foamy and soft texture wise, nowhere near tart enough. It is this endless blurring of distinction with commercial crosses which will eventually ruin the biodiversity of real fruit varietys. and is a dangerous precedent to set, as eventually the un-iniated who can barely spell and are overly concerned, with which new twat Katie Price is fucking, are not the generation capable of determining the correct flavour pallete of a specific variety of apple. though who knows maybe my taste choice on this apple is based on an australian seedling grown in our climate ? but non the less these apple have changed and their unifomity of shape is now concurrent with that of the golden delicious which to me smells suspicious.
Hmm some shite ad agency won an award for a tescos granny smith advert ?! what the hell ? that bangs on about them being the same quality as waitrose granny smith ? but at asda prices ? I fing doubt it !

link here

To be Honest the selection of real english variety’s of apple at Tesco seem to have massively decreased, now all we can find are the slightly bulbous foamy non definitive types, the galas and the braeburns and the pink ladys of this world :( makes me think they have a woman buyer heading up apple purchasing. The only quality variation we find is in the distinction that they still sell Bramley Cookers. But in my local Tesco’s this whole season I could find no “Cox’s Orange Pippin’s” ? mine is admiteadly a sort of oversized tesco metro, but none the less no cox’s orange pippins !

There was also complaint from the remnant local apple industry over them being an african import.

although most of the degradation has occured in the plum and peach aisle, where all tesco ever seems to purvey is round bullets of unripenable bland fleshyness.

A Troubled Mind

valid thoughts tnx : a very large percentage of the people on spychological drugs/therapy could live without them and have closer alignment with their body and mind being in control rather than a drug directing your emotional state, which can be a safer way in the long term. Those who treat and supply often have an ego investment, in doing so. Most people were built to function well and stress and depression are a natural part of life, when we are in the bad phases of life, they seem too much but when we are beyond them they seem to fade into in-significance. Hold out for your mind and bodys mechanisms to do its jobs, and try alleviate the obvious mal-inputs that are stimulating the imbalance, sometimes this can be work lifestyles or social groups. Although in this culture avoiding the mal-inputs becomes harder every day, as the mal-activity becomes coded more and more into modern existence. Also its worth noting that perhaps allot of these mental imbalances may one day be attributed to unrecognised systemic low level viral and parasitical diseases.

Olympics shmympics oeuf ! Grrr hurmph

nazi olympic badge, nazi probably loved the olympics as an equal believer in genetic bullshittery.

You would have thought they would have learnt there lesson with the millenium dome! But no, governments become so detatched with reality, they press on regardless, you get some twat/s with massively vested interests like … Seb Coe saying its a good idea, and before you know it were hosting the flaming olympics, the biggest most corrupt gravy train since lord knows when.

This complete and utter waste of of tax payers money, should never have been in my view. And when we “won it” … what a joke that is ? and all those vested interest, sports council employess or ‘friends of’ or even athletic idiots themselves went hOOpla in some highly staged way in central london, you could here their brains counting, the tax payer investment behind their greedy bright teary little eyes.

If you have any morality, you should boycott the whole thing and refuse to jump on the gravy train that it is, but how many are left in this Soddom and Gommorah of a city, who dont think its theyre inalienable right to be as corrupt and greedy as the next man, where morality and decency fall to the lowest common denominator. One quote I heard from the twats consulting !? or working on it was “Charge like a wounded Rhino”. The whole thing will no doubt also get carved up into some kind of minority ethnicity racial jamboree bullshit media-fest as well, in which our wonderfull multi-culturalism is rammed into our shriveled un-appreciative native faces as the fantastic for us, success its marketed to be, down the boobtube until we fall asleep, watching qualifying round 16 of the front crawl to hell and back in this totally ‘lost’ culture of ours.

Long seems to run the fall of english culture.
