NHS Dermatology Appointment London ! 10 weeks

Well I booked my 2nd dermatology clinic appointment today, for St Thomas’s when is this appointment for the dermatology clinic ? early in November > so thats roughly 10 weeks lead time on an appointment, and knowing my luck it will be as useless as my last dermatology appointment, in which that 10 week wait, is to get a lousy 20 minute slot in a specialists time, in which if he can, he palms you off with no testing and no follow-up, also at no point did the guy get much closer to me than about 4 feet, he then basically reassures you and tells you to go away and live with it if you can, using a pleasant demeanour and a bit of NLP, and suggests a condition thats been going on for 4 years, might gets better by itself ? what an idiot ! He then rights a pointless letter discharging you back to your more than useless GP’s care ! writing something about hows he’s reassured you ?! what a cock ! This guy is paid stupid money, and half the people he barely helps more than a with a 20 minute appt in which he basically talks and does nothing. If GP’s and specialists are going to be so ultimately useless and symptom appraisal from experience based, then they can at least charge a hell of allot less for their speculation. for what from my perspective seems such useless activity.

Whats basically wrong with this ? They charge so much they can afford only to give you a period time which means they can resolve nothing ? A bit like me trying to resolve my clients computers problems totally with half hour sessions only !

Sometimes it takes 8 hours of work, to solve a clients complex computer problems, Yet doctors magically think they can get away with giving you a half an hour of their time on a much more complex system the human body, and are supposedly bloody hero’s who can just look at us read a few symptoms and tell whats wrong ?! bullshit ! Its like fucking water divining, full generally of misses in a scatter gun approach, spread out over years of time, to book the appointments necessary to spend enough time with them !

Truthfully I also dont get my clients to turn up with their computers at my premises having booked 3 months in advance, talk with them for half an hour and tell them they need to go home taking their computers with them and if the problem doesnt go away by itself without me having done any tests at all, they can always book another useless 20 minute appt, 3 months further in the future in which I will also not attempt to help them.

Now admiteadly the human system is a great deal more complex than a computer system, but still I tend not to physically leave their premises unless i have provided some kind of functioning solution.

Its the lack of rigour and scientific testing to this whole process that I majorly object to, Id rather a whole in the wall blood testing machine did the job than a doctor. Its all this trust me im a docter ive studied allot of symptoms and now im qualified to speculate and do nothing ?

The truth is this the NHS has let a hell of allot of people slowly die, due to the culture of ignorance and deference to antiquated and system of doctoring, in which the doctor is placed on this high pedestal and unquestioned, and we dont care about it, until were ill and depending on it.

Truth is most of them go into it for societal respect to preen their egos and to fleece the taxpayer of an income thats large and very sufficient for providing for large family and home if desired. Hence all the foreign doctors in this country milking the NHS.

population density england :

England 50.1 million (83.7 per cent) 130,281 383 /km²
Scotland 5.08 million (8.5 per cent) 13,576 125 /km²
Wales 2.95 million (4.9 per cent) 77,925 65 /km²
Northern Ireland 1.7 million (2.9 per cent) 20,732 142 /km²
United Kingdom 59.8 million 242,514 246 /km²
East of england a population of 5,388,140 in an area of 19,120 km² (circa 2001 much higher now)
South east england 8 million population packed into 19,096 km² or roughly 419 in people per km² (circa 2001 much higher now)
London 7,51 million — 4,758/km (circa 2006) as you can see the population of london alone is probably now higher including an estimated 700,000 illegals than scotland and wales populations combined.

from my perspective the places i’m worried abut being overpopulated are london and the southeast, so lets work out the population density of that zone :

London 7,51 million — 4,758/km (circa 2006) as you can see the population of london alone is probably now higher including an estimated 700,000 illegals than scotland and wales populations combined.
South east england 8 million population packed into 19,096 km² or roughly 419 in people per km² (circa 2001 much higher now)

So the total population for london and the south east of england (circa 2001) is 15,510,000 living in an area of 23854 km² or 658 people per km² circa 2001 you could probably add another 100 to that estimate now I should imagine at least with illegals included. so circa 2010 you might well be talking 758 people per km²

other densely populated countrys for reference:

Netherlands 16.6 million population 399.89 people per km² (

so southern england is more densely populated than the netherlands ! or other countrys like belgium.

Greater London covers an area of 1,579 square kilometres (610 sq mi), an area which had a population of 7,172,036 in 2001 and a population density of 4,542 people per square kilometre. A larger area, referred to as the London Metropolitan Region or the London Metropolitan Agglomeration covers an area of 8,382 square kilometres (3,236 sq mi) has a population of 12,653,500 and a population density of 1,510 people per square kilometre

now if you were to take out of this equation farmed land used in food production which couldnt be converted to alternate uses without damaging food production, and see how many urban dwellers were packed into the remaining areas within south east england you would probably discover statistics in most towns 2/3rd’s of the way toward Londons insane densitys.

so truthfully it is much worse than people really understand in the southeast

to visualise this make a kilometer flat field in your imagination and put 758 people in it and you will notice that that the population is extremely visible upon the landscape. now give each of those people the necessary houses cars and amenitys and you will see that if we want southern england to become more densely populated it is going to become an uglier place to live.

urban density figures which are much more realistic representative figures in relation to most peoples experience are obviously allot higher, as most farmland and villages could be removed from this equation, as the majority of people do not live in such circumstances or can take advantage of such spaces, and as such actually personally experience much higher densitys, than the figures for south east england and london combined would imply.

do I want more immigration on the basis of these figures NO!

Also if you did a survey and discovered what size of family people aspire to and what size house they would like to accomodate them in, you would discover if you multiplied that up by the people we are already at the stage where large numbers of people hopes for quality of life are unrealistic and unfullfillable and going to be diminished allot further in the future, and the UK having the smallest dwelling size in europe is proof of this, you really do have to ask the question what quality of life will the grandchildren have ? thats the question.

The story is dead

well isn’t it ? for me it truly is …

the parable, the tail, the story, the scenes the setups, the getups, the plot, the backstory, the history, the switchbacks, the actors and what happens to them who cares ? its all way to well thumbed for me, and often so simplistic in manner as to be unworthy of observance, “the story” is a form of modern pollution, its educative up to a point and then the use of it it is over, there is little to be learnt that is applicable to the complexities of a real life, and should we live our lives like a story as portrayed in the media ? should we be happy and find entertainment in observing artificial portrayal’s of fictional yet real researched lives, why do people get pleasure from identification or rejection of a fictional other ? is it a demonstration of our taste, the storys we like, or is it just another demonstration of our egos’s, in thinking our choices in entertainment are a worthy demonstration of our own intellect in action, when really theyre mainly just noise in the stream of general consciousness, and what does it mean when the story is over for a person, is it a bad thing ? to not beleive in the story, is it a lack of metaphorical faith in ones own life ? is this what age is ? do we die of no longer believing in the human story ? does our spirit wain from belief in it ? when we see beyond the distractional noise, to view the great immutable predictable mess of it, the shape of a life swallowed as a whole in its entirety.

good article here in the daily mail

not the line which reads :

“But the Government has ordered the Food Standards Agency to carry out a year-long spin campaign to win support for GM. Ear-this year Sir Terry Leahy, boss of Tesco, Britain’s biggest supermarket, said supermarkets may have made the decision to reject GM products too hastily.

i didnt realise it was the governments right to tell a governmnet agency to spin something at us ?

Monsanto is pure evil and it wouldn’t surprise me if they weren’t behind all this crap desperately trying to crawl there way into irrecoverably polluting our landscape or environment if they can. I f you think im overreacting then you need to watch the documentarys that i have seen :

yes shes looks like a guru but shes talking to a great deal of sense :

also check my post here :

we need to set the precedent that GM technology comes into the environment, wehn we the public chooses on the basis of each individual case and not at the timeline pressure of some corporate who has targets to meet, as in reality the risks of getting this stuff wrong in the environment would be a global disaster. And america has already polluted the whole of North America and is beginning to pollute South America environment with GM modified organisms loose in the environment.

A Troubled Mind

valid thoughts tnx : a very large percentage of the people on spychological drugs/therapy could live without them and have closer alignment with their body and mind being in control rather than a drug directing your emotional state, which can be a safer way in the long term. Those who treat and supply often have an ego investment, in doing so. Most people were built to function well and stress and depression are a natural part of life, when we are in the bad phases of life, they seem too much but when we are beyond them they seem to fade into in-significance. Hold out for your mind and bodys mechanisms to do its jobs, and try alleviate the obvious mal-inputs that are stimulating the imbalance, sometimes this can be work lifestyles or social groups. Although in this culture avoiding the mal-inputs becomes harder every day, as the mal-activity becomes coded more and more into modern existence. Also its worth noting that perhaps allot of these mental imbalances may one day be attributed to unrecognised systemic low level viral and parasitical diseases.

Bloody Locums

nhs is turning to shit

My Finsbury Park surgery experience

1: Appointments only available to book between 9 & 12 am wtf ?
2: The first appointment is in 2 weeks later than the time your ringing
3: The appointment finally arrives you end up waiting 30 minutes beyond your appointment, with a load recent arrivals whove probably got TB, or some such in the waiting room, you get a bloody locum whos just flown in from africa, who wont be there the next time, and is finding any way of fobbing you off and making you go away, so as to lighten his load, and scurry away with the pay.

basically for the most of us its a system that effectively does nothing, especially for things that are subtle and progressive, or they don’t give a crap about like rosacea.

Locums Pirates of the NHS, where do they come from, where do they go. I haven’t seen the same doctor twice in my surgery in the last 9 years. Its always another bloody Locum, with which no relationship can develop, and lets hope all locums are approved by the GMC, the last time I saw an english doctor must be wayback in my childhood. My cynical mind beleives that nearly all doctors are becoming locums, on the basis of less stress and more money, which is why my surgery only seems to be staffed by them. In a way its a way of the public having to pay doctors as though they were all private. The NHS now seems to be a cashpoint for people interested in making money.

Can any body with salient figures highlight the price difference, hourly rate wise between a Locum and a practicing GP.

Survey findings

· Average hourly rate 2005: £76.12 per hour !, up from £63 ! in 2004, 2009 figure who the shit knows !

· 300% difference in rates for two-hour session [£75-£250 per session]

· On-call costs varied from £20 to £50 an hour

· Average mileage up from 60p maximum to 65p

Wow a great series of documentarys :) must watch

Adam Curtis has produced a number of documentarys all of them are the way i would like to spend a couple of hours. These documentarys rock, in a way no unfullfilling hollywood blockbuster ever could.

I consider these as part of a set of documentarys that everyone below the age of 20 should watch, though it will take you sometime to watch them all, you will be rewarded with an expanded world view.

Nationality and Religion are form of psychological virus – Israel

Nationality and Religion are form of psychological virus, noisefull illusions of consciousness, just another disease of the mind, we cling to fearfully, there are only humans on this earth. Isreal must unoccupy palestine forthwith. The majority of the human mind is filled with false beliefs, propaganda and noise, and obsession with self benefit and fear of other human beings. A countrys obsession with the absurd pornography of weaponry and militarism, is the identifiable badge of their own idiocy. Religion is a relic of the past and should remain there.

watch these especially if your american:

Primitive religion really has to go, it causes way too much death and trouble. And countrys founded on religious grounds cause a hell of allot of trouble. The measure of the acceptability of Isreal should be measured by the well being of there neighbours, they should be bound as one under the moral eye of humanity.
