Well I booked my 2nd dermatology clinic appointment today, for St Thomas’s when is this appointment for the dermatology clinic ? early in November > so thats roughly 10 weeks lead time on an appointment, and knowing my luck it will be as useless as my last dermatology appointment, in which that 10 week wait, is to get a lousy 20 minute slot in a specialists time, in which if he can, he palms you off with no testing and no follow-up, also at no point did the guy get much closer to me than about 4 feet, he then basically reassures you and tells you to go away and live with it if you can, using a pleasant demeanour and a bit of NLP, and suggests a condition thats been going on for 4 years, might gets better by itself ? what an idiot ! He then rights a pointless letter discharging you back to your more than useless GP’s care ! writing something about hows he’s reassured you ?! what a cock ! This guy is paid stupid money, and half the people he barely helps more than a with a 20 minute appt in which he basically talks and does nothing. If GP’s and specialists are going to be so ultimately useless and symptom appraisal from experience based, then they can at least charge a hell of allot less for their speculation. for what from my perspective seems such useless activity.
Whats basically wrong with this ? They charge so much they can afford only to give you a period time which means they can resolve nothing ? A bit like me trying to resolve my clients computers problems totally with half hour sessions only !
Sometimes it takes 8 hours of work, to solve a clients complex computer problems, Yet doctors magically think they can get away with giving you a half an hour of their time on a much more complex system the human body, and are supposedly bloody hero’s who can just look at us read a few symptoms and tell whats wrong ?! bullshit ! Its like fucking water divining, full generally of misses in a scatter gun approach, spread out over years of time, to book the appointments necessary to spend enough time with them !
Truthfully I also dont get my clients to turn up with their computers at my premises having booked 3 months in advance, talk with them for half an hour and tell them they need to go home taking their computers with them and if the problem doesnt go away by itself without me having done any tests at all, they can always book another useless 20 minute appt, 3 months further in the future in which I will also not attempt to help them.
Now admiteadly the human system is a great deal more complex than a computer system, but still I tend not to physically leave their premises unless i have provided some kind of functioning solution.
Its the lack of rigour and scientific testing to this whole process that I majorly object to, Id rather a whole in the wall blood testing machine did the job than a doctor. Its all this trust me im a docter ive studied allot of symptoms and now im qualified to speculate and do nothing ?
The truth is this the NHS has let a hell of allot of people slowly die, due to the culture of ignorance and deference to antiquated and system of doctoring, in which the doctor is placed on this high pedestal and unquestioned, and we dont care about it, until were ill and depending on it.
Truth is most of them go into it for societal respect to preen their egos and to fleece the taxpayer of an income thats large and very sufficient for providing for large family and home if desired. Hence all the foreign doctors in this country milking the NHS.
I was on the Tesco mobile website looking to purchase an iphone 4g of course only to discover its one of these products that is advertised as being available but isnt really there for purchase. And I got mesmerised by a little lifestyle imagery. Ever noticed the over the top Politically correct attempt in advertising to represent ethnic diversity in this country, seems to accidentally paint the native british male out of the picture, take these 4 lifestyle images as taken from a flash rollover of images from the tescos mobile phone site, perhaps attempting to represent british people today or something, and you can see what I mean about not a historically native person amongst the images presented. do you find yourself in the picture ?
Truth is the best solution to this issue for all groups concerned would just be not to use lifestyle imagery at all, ie dont hamfistadely put one black one asian person etc in there, dont even bother to put images of people in at all, it will save winding the native or a particular minority with there lack of representation, or the those minoritys represented by the over the top deliberate representation. It all reeks of trying not to offend people which is exactly what it achieves, in the end.

link death seems to be occuring more often, or at least so “broken link checker” tells this blog, and sometimes we all so easily rely on linking to things on the net, and the idea they will be there inperpetuity to link to. That when things do dissappear from the net it can catch all those, who have linked to something on the net out. And also mean that none of us have backed that resource up to the extent whereby we can put it back up again. this reliance on linking means that content can very easily be sensored or wiped from existence by removing it from just one heavily linked to location.
beware make backups of the things you link to in case they dissappear and your content suffers link death.
The real function of Europe :

I was consuming some pitta bread from “eghoyan’s bakery” and decided to workout whether it was jewish produced ? it sounded jewish but to be honest eghoyan seems a surname or word with difficult to discern origins, although possibly has some armenian origin, hence my perception perhaps as of a jewish origin. Diversion :> I might have once visited the Charamboulos monastery in Skiathos on a holiday around the Sporades, “visit” being the operative word, ie I didn’t stay to make my fortune, then get myself elected to the Greek government in an attempt to influence the destiny of the Greek people (that as an english person I would have considered to be a bit forward and gauche, but i doubt Andrew could comprehend such subtletys). The only real issue apart from family ones, was the other type of people, on this sailing holiday, it seems “Sunsail” is class wise riddled with the kind of familys, whose posh wives employ extremely handsome foreign teenage boys called ludo or some other such incredulous name as male nanny’s, for their horrid children to harrass and harang (some inverse sexist demonstrative dominance power trip, over a beleaguered upper class aging wagewhore husband by a fading wife etc). Luckily my reprobate younger brother made the whole holiday more quirky and eventful, by drunkenly ranting and openly decrying the issues of this aforementioned posh family whilst they were asleep moored two foot away alongside, pretending not to hear us, very decent of them really. Which meant we didn’t feel the need to attend the regatta dinner or partake in any fleet games competitions or activitys thank god. Mainly because my family being the way it is, generally can’t stand other familys and there nauseous social ways. I researched his MP website to discover this links page that made me want to throw up. Proof you could never make it in politics in London as an english person who was defensive of english people without the distinct approval of the majority of minority groups at hand(not gonna happen). In other words we cant probably elect an englishman in London without the foreign peoples say so, Tugg forlock thank you me foreign overlords.

We all know the iphone 4 aerial issue is a real design flaw, something that would normally warrant a recall ?
whats the minimum Apple should do ?
Offer all of the 1.7 million iphone 4 users a free bumper or case delivered free of charge, or $20.00 towards a case of their choice on the apple store, that is the absolute minimum, at the moment they charge theyre customers for their bumpers to fix this ? apples users might as well pay to be ravaged, their evangilism for apple appears absurd, to any mature human organism.
$20 x 1.7 million = 34 millions dollars maximum to solve the issue, for apple thats a drop in the ocean, they have a cash war chest to cover rubbish like this in the 20 billion region. And its only steves arrogance that has prevented him from seeing this as the real issue it is, you cannot sensibly ask your customers to hold your phone a certain way for it to work !
Steve man up and do the right thing, youve already caused allot of damage to your market perception with delay and denial. Not that I dont know the dark secrets of many other previous design flaws youve got away with because people are to slow and thick to assert their rights.

• How older keyboards can sometimes power some USB devices and others/newer ones not ? and the randomness of this as a trend
• Some USB ports providing enough power for devices and others not especially on laptop systems big variation in design here.
• the fact that they glued too many devices together, and went for a policy of making their batteries and components innacessible rather than accessible in newer designs.
• artifically hampered hardware, flashing dvr drives to have lower read and write speed maximums than they are capable of, for quiter use but still thats the users choice ?
• artifically low ram expansion options, compared the chipsets possible spec
• promoting some ports and ignoring others, most noteably esata ? limiting external drive performance in terms of copying with the newer drives.
• inacessibility of hard drives on allot of older laptop models.
• the overuse of BGA chip packages when the industry has proven a high failure rate with chips soldered this way which consume power or get hot (graphics glitching, RROD, YLOD etc)
• Solder reformulation from leaded to lead free solder, leading to a whole series of machines released whose lifespans were artifically low, until this formula was resolved (of course the military had a special dispensation to use leaded solder, they didnt want to lead the field on that one ?)
• USB ports to close together to connect two devices side by side on the new unibody macbooks
• slippy shouldered Apple designed USB connectors on their cables that have no grip for removing them from USB connectors.
• the nightmare of connecting ipods/iphones/ipads generally to several macs due to ruddy DRM rubbish
• the ipod dock connector being a terrible design generally
to be honest i could go on for hours about the faults with apple design, they do an amazing job generally but they suffer from too much pride to ever openly admit their mistakes.
Well I can barely remember them all theyre have been so many things Apple has got away with not recalling, by not anouncing the issues and dealing with those who complain quietly on an individual basis or not making much fanfare or apology, until the disquiet has faded with time enduced apathy, and people gullibly by another machine.
Apple isn’t better quality for its higher price than any other manufacturer, go view a genius bar anywhere in the country for an hour, to see the quantity of returns, and you will realise they are just as badly built design wise and flawed quality wise, its apple gloss and software wizziness the machines are sold on, and lets not even get started on software issues, except perhaps to mention the find function, hasnt worked properly since 10.1.
