dhl missing parcels google search

dhl failed to deliver, or drop a card saying they had attmepted to deliver a parcel, yet also claimed they had delivered the parcel to my address, whichever way a new parcel is now being sent. there is obviously some corruption going on at dhl that they are not dealing with sufficiently.
