Don’t use just love those old english names ? Who knows now … whether these men were guilty of anything ? well whichever way they’re suing the country for illegal imprisonment ? when really they should be suing the american’s for illegal imprisonment, and the uk for dodgy rendition, But its easier for them to sue their own country’s government than go after a foreign country’s government. I suppose after all the rendition process was dodgy as hell, because UK government is not internationally independent enough. If there is any compensation let it be capped at 15k per man per annum unfairly encarcerated. This country cant afford these huge compensation cases by citizens against the tax pool of the general population. And to be honest with you whether these people encited violence against there own country or not, if they weren’t convicted of any such crimes, ie if no case was brought, then a quick compensation procedure equivalent to the money they might have saved over those years through work, and tell them to get on with their lives is probably the best approach. As this will probably be sufficient money to get them a decent deposit on a house something that large numbers of the population of hard working poor are no longer able to acheive with a lifetimes work in this country. Of course if they or theyre familys benefited from benefits payments during there unfair encarceration then this should be taken into account during any compensation settlement.
Though to be honest with you people who beleive in radical islam should not be living in Britain at all, they would be much happier in an Islamic state like Iran or Pakistan surely ? Highly Religious Muslims who choose to live in the UK, do so because theyre aren’t really that religious theyre papier mache muslims, and prefer western infidel consumerism culture, than having to make it in a real islamic state. Here they can milk an overly civilised system for money without warrant, whilst at the same time blaming it for religious oppression, its a win win scenario.

Sadly Britain now has large numbers of muslims and other religious nutter highly vocal minority groups, who decide to live in this country, whilst endlessly bashing it at the same time, and stealing from its welfare system, and thinking theye are somehow entitled to do so under laws of free speech and activity, that theyre archaic primitivist religious laws would not entitle them too.
